Ingredients:

Base:

• 1 pack Bixit cookie
• 150 grams butter

Cheese mass:

• 1 pack lemon gel
• 1 pack whipped cream
• 1 pack soft sour cream

Top:

• 1 pack raspberry gel

Preparation:

Melt butter. Ground cookie. Mix these together and press it into a cake mold.
Put it in the fridge while the cheese mass is being prepared.
Make lemon gel with halved amount of water.
Cool, but watch out so it doesn't stiffen. Whip cream...
